Initiate Your Request
Log in to your High Five account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
